Melamine-faced chipboard (MFC)
This is a budget friendly yet durable material most suited to dry, low impact environments. MFC is available in a wide range of colours and wood grain effects.
High-pressure laminate (HPL)
This is a tough and durable laminate bonded to a moisture resistant chipboard core for to heavier duty applications. This material is impact, scratch and water resistant meaning it’s more suitable for higher traffic washroom cubicles and vanity units.
Solid Grade Laminate (SGL)
A very hard-wearing and durable material, SGL offers very high levels of water resistance and is easy to clean. Suitable for the wettest environments such as leisure centre changing facilities or extreme high traffic areas.
