We were approached by one of our returning clients regarding their in-store customer service desk. Their existing desk was old, and they asked us if we could look at replacement options for them.We decided the best approach was for one of our designers to visit the site in person to conduct a review of their current set up. With the client present we were able to discuss the best options for improving their current desk both in terms of functionality and aesthetics.

Following this meeting our design team got to work creating a bespoke new look desk, to make best use of the available space. We produced a full 3D design which was forwarded to the customer for review. We then worked closely with the client to ensure the design met with their exact needs and several changes and additions were made during this process. These included the addition of a full set of security screens, a custom fit entrance door and a printed vinyl logo to showcase their branding.

Upon final client approval our in-house manufacturing team got to work and manufactured the component parts on our machinery. The unit was then fully assembled, and quality checked before loading to be transported to site where it was met by one of our installation teams. Our team then commenced with the full removal of their existing desk and the installation of the new. All of this was completed outside of store opening hours to minimize disruption to store operations.
